So I was thinking long and hard on what my very first official post should be. I wanted it to encapsulate every part that made me, me. I wanted it to be unique and lovely, but cute and funny. I wanted it to have fashion, music, art and most importantly love. Buuuuut, I'm not THAT creatively awesome so I put together this short video from my trip to Japan a while ago. Japan is visually spectacular on it's own. My aunt (who makes a guest appearance in the vid) lives out there with my uncle. Both are incredible human beings with warm hearts. I rarely get to see them, but every time I do, it's a party. I stayed out there for two and a half weeks with my mother and grandmother and I'm eagerly waiting to go back. Through the video you can see my interesting fashion choices, although I mostly wore one particular black coat, I tried changing it up with different hairstyles too. I love experimenting with my love for hair, whether it'd be some crazy weird braided concoction, or keeping it simple with a bandana. I kept my make up simple (as I always do) because I don't think my face was meant to hold a lot of make up. And I'm also not really THAT experienced in make up to begin with so I try and not push it. The song in the video is Summer Vacation's "Anual" which is an amazing band/song! I remember Summer Vacation and Weezer were on top of my playlist for those two and a half weeks, so it was pretty obvious on which song to choose. Please expect a lot more about SV on this blog because they're just that amazing. Trust me. As for the video itself, I edited the whole thing. I went through hours of footage that I collected and trust me, I wanted to put in way more segments but I had to chop a lot out to fit the 2:42 mark. I really enjoy editing and filming in general, it's a fun way to capture exciting moments, amazing scenery or once in a lifetime instances. So please, check out the video below, leave comments or do whatever it is you do.

Ciao bella!
